Returns and Exchanges
For your protection, we suggest all return packages be sent insured by UPS or the USPS. Items must be returned prepaid and in the original packaging to the address within the footer. Shipping, Handling and Insurance within the Continental U.S.
Belsnickel Enterprises will determine method of shipment within the Continental United States to remain within the shipping fee automatically calculated by the website when a customer’s order is shipped. Methods generally used are USPS and UPS. Please contact us immediately if one of these methods cannot be used to deliver your order.
IF YOUR ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED TO A LOCATION OUTSIDE the Continental United States, shipping costs will NOT be automatically added to your online order. You will be contacted by e-mail to secure your preferred method of payment for all shipping costs. At that time, method of shipment will also be discussed and established.
